What is cannoli cream?
Cannoli cream is made up of cottage cheese, sugar free sweetener, cinnamon, vanilla extract, cream and sugar free chocolate chips to create a creamy, indulgent dessert or snack. The mixture creates a healthier, low-carb alternative to usual cannoli cream filling.
How to make this keto cannoli cream?
Simply combine all of the ingredients, minus the chocolate chips together in a blender and puree until smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips by hand and allow to set in the fridge.
What to serve it with?
This recipe works on its own as is however, it also goes perfectly when paired with some delicious keto fruit.
Does it keep well?
This recipe will store well in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.

Low-Carb Cannoli Cream Recipe
- 1 Blender
- 1/2 cup Cottage cheese (4.5% is my favorite)
- 1 tbsp Heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp Sugar-free sweetener of choice
- 1/8 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Sugar-free chocolate chips
- Combine all ingredients. Puree in blender until smooth
- Stir in the chocolate chips by hand and serve
