This keto crustless quiche is delightfully easy variation of a western classic. Cottage cheese boosts the body and makes it high protein without too much extra fat. With only 3.2g of net carbs per serve, it's a perfect low-carb breakfast, lunch or dinner!

1 Baking or pie dish
1 Large mixing bowl
- 1 cup Cottage cheese (4% or more is great)
- 2 cups Egg whites
- 1/2 cup Broccoli (steamed or boiled and then diced)
- 1/2 cup Ham (diced)
- 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese (reduced fat if possible; shredded)
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (375 degrees fan forced)
Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl
Spray 9½-inch pie dish with non stick cooking spray and pour ingredients in
