This delicious cottage cheese mousse is incredibly quick and easy to make, and sure to satisfy your sweet tooth. It has 5g of net carbs, along with 12g of protein and 5g of fat.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Cottage cheese (you can use low fat, but I like 4% or 4.5%)
  • 1 tsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp Powdered sweetener of choice*

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth
  • Serve in a bowl and sprinkle a little cocoa powder on top for effect :)
